Enjoy a stay in our cozy, historic Lancaster County farmhouse, centrally located to most Lancaster attractions. We are 15 minutes or less to Dutch Wonderland and the charming towns of Lititz, Lancaster & Bird in Hand; 20 min. to the Sight & Sound Theater in Strasburg & Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. A short tour of this Amish owned property is offered. Experience an authentic slice of Lancaster County & Pennsylvania Dutch Country at the Bicentennial Farmhouse Suite!
The beds and the full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. Guests must be able to climb the semi-steep staircase (15 steps). We have a queen bed in the master bedroom. There’s also a bunkbed in an alcove of the 2nd floor hallway as well as a sofa bed in the ground floor sitting room.
We have a full modern kitchen, stocked with farm-fresh eggs, coffee, tea & other breakfast items. There’s also a living room and half bath on the ground floor and a washer & dryer. A reliable wifi connection is provided for our guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The homemade breakfast items were such a nice touch, and our hosts, Jesse and Rosie, were incredibly welcoming and kind. They took the time to stop by with all the kids, meet us, and chat a bit. We especially enjoyed the peaceful farm setting and getting a glimpse of the Amish way of life. A lovely place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

The house was amazing, it gave me the peaceful getaway I was searching for. They provided us with toiletries and goodies in the kitchen that we werent expecting and it came in handy. From the moment I got there i fell in love with the place. The entire house is so heart warming. We even got to relax outside and use the fire pit. It was a much needed experience for both my partner and I. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!! From the farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, pancake mix, and so much more, the hospitality was great. The family who lived on the other part of the house were so kind. They let us join them when they went out to collect the eggs on the farm. Playing with the kids was such an unexpected treat. We hope to back because the charm and character of this area and the hosts are hard to replicate.

This gem of a beautiful home is on a quiet farm! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Fresh eggs OJ and milk, pancake mix, real maple syrup, homemade granola. Coffee tea and hot chocolate. Many special touches. Plenty of hot water and lots of space, both inside and outside. Parking space is right outside the door-if you don’t see a clearly marked space, you accidentally used the wrong driveway!

We have used Airbnb all over the world, but rarely have we experienced such generous hosts. The kitchen is superbly equipped, and everything is ready for breakfast—from eggs, orange juice, and butter to prepared pancake mix. Simply delightful. The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed. It was wonderful to sit in the rocking chairs on the porch in the evening. You are staying right next door to the host family, yet you have complete privacy. We felt very much at home!

This was the best vacation we’ve had in a while. This home is absolutely beautiful and our host family was so thoughtful and kind. We spent our evenings on the front porch watching the sunset. I cannot recommend this enough.
