The location can’t be beat: 13 min. to Sight & Sound Theater, 8 min. to Dutch Wonderland, 10 min. to downtown Lancaster, 8 min. to Bird in Hand. This 2nd floor (15 steps) private suite sleeps 4 in a queen bed & queen size sofa bed. Full kitchen, private bath, comfy sitting room & AC included! For larger groups, we have another family friendly guesthouse on our farm called the Farm Friends Guesthouse (sleeps 8).
Enjoy our working farm property with plenty of space for kids to enjoy the outdoors & a shared play area. Animals on the farm include a horse, a pony and some mules, as well as dogs & cats. This lodging has Wifi & central AC.

Great location, and it was very interesting to see the farmers working on-site during harvest season. Our toddler also loved the main room, not cluttered so it was fun for him to run around freely. The only things worth mentioning are that the water pressure/availability was inconsistent during farm work hours, and the beds weren't very comfortable. Otherwise, we had a good experience and the folks there were very kind.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The location was peaceful and we really enjoyed the farm setting. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

The place is exactly as pictured and everything was great. The only issue was the water pressure while showering was very low, at times just a trickle but we made it work. Henry & Mary at the farm are wonderful people.

Beautiful setting for this place, right beside stand with produce and other goods and bbq chicken on Saturdays. Loved having the pool table to play, didn’t have much need for the kitchen this trip but appreciated having options.

The family was so friendly and kind. The area is very peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to town if you’re looking to shop, go to amusement parks in the area or enjoy a laid back, relaxing rural farm location. The place is very clean, spacious and has everything we were looking for.

We had a great stay! The space eas clean and roomy. Thebpool table was nice to have while we rode out the rain. Its a working farm, so it was neat to see them up close getting things done. Would gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Not too far from town, but still had the country feel with wide open spaces. We loved hearing the horses pulling the buggies. Unfortunately due to our schedules, we were unable to meet our hosts. They always waved to us though and it felt like home. The place was very clean and spacious. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Lancaster.
