We had an amazing stay at Killdeer Farm starting with the birth of a baby cow during our tour of the farm. The host family is very welcoming and friendly. The guesthouse is huge. I also enjoy running on the roads around the farm (there is a covered bridge a mile from the farm). We'll be back!
Glad you had such a good time - thanks for the review!
Came for last night of daughter’s family’s stay to spend time with them. The guesthouse is very spacious and well appointed for visitors’ needs. The host family is very gracious and friendly. For the 3 grandchildren there were sooo many memorable experiences. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, even on my own, and highly recommend it. Blessings to this host family.
P.S. Wish I had seen a killdeer - they are beautiful birds and great parents!
Thanks for your review. I'm glad all of you enjoyed it so much!
What a nice relaxing stay on the farm. My husband and his brother grew up on a dairy farm and were so interested in a different way of farming. Sylvan was so great to visit with regarding farming, and Sadie and the kids were so friendly and welcoming. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch in the evening air. The guest home was beautiful. Thank you for a great getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of your stay at the Killdeer Farm Guesthouse!
The days we spent at this farm were wonderful! The guesthouse is very beautiful and pleasant to stay in. Also, it's in the middle of a working farm, which makes it very interesting and wonderful for children as well, with a lot of animals, and even a very cute little dog, who adores attention 😊.
Sylvan and Sadie are such great hosts, they gave us a very warm welcome and made as feel at home straight away.
It was wonderful to stay at this farm, it was an experience never to forget!
Thank you very much!
