Our centrally located Sunset Suite puts you in the middle of countless Lancaster County attractions. This newly renovated cozy, private suite for 2 with queen size bed is located on a quiet Amish family property. The host family lives in a separate part of the house and will be happy to meet you during your stay. This lodging is 2 min. from Kitchen Kettle Village in the village of Intercourse, 6 min. from Bird in Hand & 13 min. from Sight & Sound Theater in Strasburg.
The host family lives above in the main house which may result in guests occasionally hearing the sounds of children running to & fro. Heavy insulation has now been installed in the ceiling to minimalize this. There’s a pack-n-play available for a young child (please request). Plan to be at the lodging by sunset and you may be in for a treat!

Peaceful and private! We really liked the set up being in the rear lower part of the house. Suited our needs perfectly. Quite clean with thoughtful amenities. Could hear those little bare feet upstairs but it was not bithersome; rather adorable. All was quiet by 9ish and we slept well.Getting back to the place after going to Sight and Sound for a theater production and then dinner, we enjoyed sitting on the patio with the gas fire and enjoyed the rest of the evening. We ate our breakfast treats and coffee out there, too. Lovely view! With the plans we had we did not need to make a meal, but we really appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee area. Five out of five! Will happily return.

I enjoyed my quick getaway at this well maintained and beautiful property. There was helpful signage along the long driveway and a designated parking place for the Airbnb. The space was as described and roomy for 1-2 guests. The decor was neutral and attractive. The outdoor area was private and peaceful with a porch swing to relax. The owners thoughtfully placed some bug spray in the space. There was a nice breeze on the night I stayed so I did not need it. The views from the property are lovely, the family very sweet including their horse. Lastly, this little slice of heaven was close to the attractions that Ronks has to offer. Definitely recommend Dave's place!

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We really appreciated you letting us walk around your backyard and explore the beautiful corn fields. It made our stay feel even more special and gave us a chance to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

The place was just as described and a central location. We only stayed 1 night here but check-in was easy and smooth and we would definitely come back next time we are in town! The property is beautiful and nicely maintained

we loved staying at sunset view! the space was spotless, Dave provided so many thoughtful amenities (microwave popcorn, some water, granola bars), and he was so friendly at check-in!

What a peaceful, relaxing spot ! It included so many thoughtful touches. Bountiful, soft towels, crisp sheets, well stocked coffee bar, a private patio with a swing- and a beautiful sunset! Stephen and Anna Ruth are kind and thoughtful hosts, complete with precious children. We were so thankful for this respite - it was all very well done and we highly recommend it!
